Our oil is a sought-after excellence for true lovers, available in limited quantities. The olive trees are of the Correggiolo and Leccino varieties, and the olives are harvested by hand. The milling is done exclusively by cold pressing in a modern mill, capable of preserving all the aromatic power of the product. The result is an Extra Virgin Olive Oil DOP Colline di Romagna that does not receive any kind of filtration, the gold of our land.
The product has a bright green color that becomes clearer and more polite with time. At the beginning its character is really lively and it is a pleasure to taste it on a bruschetta. After the first few months it is much finer, rounding out but retaining all its delicate aromas and flavors. The paste has a good consistency and gives the oil a persistence in the mouth that is as long as it is pleasant. Almond and green tomato are caught in the sweet character.
We harvest our olives by hand in October to seek the right balance between aromatic freshness and polyphenolic richness. Thanks to cold pressing performed on the evening of harvest, we obtain an emerald green oil naturally rich in polyphenols, with a scent of mowed grass, almond and artichoke, a soft intense flavor and a pleasantly spicy aftertaste.
Fine and elegant sparkling wine made from the white vinification of red grapes. Cherry pink in color, it presents fresh fragrances of morello cherries and cherries on the nose. The perlage is balanced, medium-bodied wine that is pleasant on the palate, with harmonious fruity hints. Serve chilled as an aperitif, or paired with summer salads, appetizers, light dishes or fish cuisine.

This Brut Charmat Method white is a dry sparkling wine with a fresh, floral bouquet that has a pale straw yellow color with greenish highlights. Rebola selection made from the most calcareous part of the Grechetto Gentile vineyard. It can supplement up to 15 percent of the best estate white grapes from other native grape varieties. To achieve the most accomplished expression of our terroir, we go beyond the grape variety. Vinification takes place without the addition of sulfur in large wood for 9 months on total lees. A fine wine, endowed with a tenacious structure, with aging it brings out aromas of great complexity. Ranges from dried fruit to yellow fruit with a tactile and savory sip. The color is a beautiful straw yellow that makes an impression, as do the citrus notes it releases. Our Rebola made from pure Grechetto Gentile, first bottled in 2008, is intended to provide a clear reading of the Rimini grape variety. Fresh but soft and saline, it is tinged with white fruit and sea breeze. It is the olfactory return that gives further drinkability to a full and rich taste. The label takes up the idea of a seaside poster with a painting by Agim Sulaj.
