Rebola selection made from the most calcareous part of the Grechetto Gentile vineyard. It can supplement up to 15 percent of the best estate white grapes from other native grape varieties. To achieve the most accomplished expression of our terroir, we go beyond the grape variety. Vinification takes place without the addition of sulfur in large wood for 9 months on total lees. A fine wine, endowed with a tenacious structure, with aging it brings out aromas of great complexity. Ranges from dried fruit to yellow fruit with a tactile and savory sip.
